It may seem like Seth Godin night on my blog but I promise you this is not intentional, I've just happened to come across some good stuff at the same time. Guy Kawasaki posted 10 Questions with Seth and this answer really stuck out to me.

I do things where I actually think I’m right, as opposed to where I think succeeding will make me successful. When you think you’re right, it’s more fun and your passion shows through.
